Hilton Garden Inn Orlando East/UCF Names General Manager

Orlando, Fl – February 4th 2019 – Emerald Hospitality Associates, Inc the management company of Hilton Garden Inn Orlando East/UCF has appointed Gerald Miller as General Manager of the hotel. In this position, he will be responsible for all aspects of hotel operations, including guest services and satisfaction and hotel administration, in addition to overseeing marketing efforts. Hilton Garden Inn Orlando East/UCF has been open since 2001. Emerald Hospitality Associates has operated the hotel since December 2017.

With more than 17 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Gerald Miller most recently was the General Manager of the SpringHill Suites by Marriott in Waco, TX. While at the SpringHill Suites Gerald won five prestigious Marriott awards, four Gold awards which rank the hotel in the top 10% of all SpringHill Suites and one Platinum ranking the hotel in the top 4%.
