MARLOW’S TAVERN UNVEILS NEW INSIDER CLUB LOYALTY PROGRAM AND MOBILE APP
Members Receive Exclusive Offers, Event Invitations, and a Complimentary Entrée After Every Four Visits

 

ORLANDO, Fla. (July 14, 2020) – Marlow’s Tavern knows it has the best guests in the hospitality industry, and everyone’s favorite neighborhood tavern is upgrading its loyalty program to show its appreciation. Marlow’s Insider Club provides members with regular information on the latest happenings, exclusive offers and event invitations, as well as perks for birthdays, anniversaries and other milestones. Even better, members receive a complimentary entrée after every four visits. Marlow’s has launched a new mobile app so members can quickly access offers, rewards, locations and menus.

Metz. “The Insider Club is our way of thanking them for their support and making their experience even more rewarding.”

How it Works
Insider Club members who spend at least $15 on food and beverages when dining in or ordering to go (after any discounts or offers are applied) earn one qualified visit. After four qualified visits, members receive a complimentary entrée up to $20 on their next visit. To redeem, members should give the server the phone number or email address associated with the Insider account and let the server know they would like to use the available reward.
 
Gift card purchases, taxes and tips do not apply toward the $15 total. Orders for delivery through EZCater, Uber Eats, DoorDash or Nona’s Food Delivery do not count as qualified visits. The complimentary reward expires 90 days after it is awarded.
With the new Marlow’s Tavern app, available via the Apple App Store and Google Play, members have access to their Insider accounts including a progress bar for tracking qualified visits and rewards, check-in codes to relay to servers, a notifications icon for communication between Marlow’s and Insiders, nearby location information, links to social media pages and a link to Marlow’s Tavern’s website for menus and gift card orders, and a “Refer a Friend” portal that rewards the member and the friend.
Membership in Marlow’s Insider Club is free. To join, guests can go online to register and create a password to access the account.


To ensure the safe dining experience for guests and staff, Marlow’s Tavern has implemented numerous facility upgrades and safety protocols in response to COVID-19. Among these are upgraded air filtration systems with a new product that kills 99.9% of germs and viruses, single-use paper menus, extra levels of sanitation, plexiglass barriers between booth backs and community tables and more.
