Dear Valued Business Owner:

On Saturday, May 19th, 2018, communities worldwide will be participating in the 23rd annual “Kids Day America/International™” from 12:00 Noon until 3:00 pm. It is a momentous day dedicated to health, safety, and environmental issues that affect individuals and our community as a whole. In fact, there will be hundreds of communities participating in this historic event internationally in which 5 million children have benefited in 2,000 cities.

As a local family chiropractor, Dr. Lynne spends much of her time, both inside and outside of the practice, helping children. It is for this very reason that we chose to sponsor this event here in East Orlando. During this event, we will distribute essential information on crime prevention, child safety, and environmental awareness issues. Our office will provide free child ID cards to have available for all children who attend. The Orange County Fire Department’s role is to support the event by providing fire safety tips and distributing important information. They are also going to provide their Fire Truck for the children and families to tour during the event.

In addition, our office will offer free health screenings and distribute vital information on disease prevention and health promotion. We will also provide free balloons, snacks, and giveaways, and hold a prize drawing every half-hour! We have chosen to sponsor The Keri Anne DeMott Foundation and The Kiwanis Club of Avalon Park as part of our celebration to spotlight their involvement in Health, Safety, and Development of the youth in our community.

We would like to request your financial support and participation for this worthwhile endeavor. We know that you value the future health and prosperity of our children as much as we do, and your contribution will help us to help the children. In addition, we invite you to set up a booth at the event to promote your services that can benefit families with children (college education savings plan, investment opportunities, financial planning services, insurance advice services, etc.). In this way, we can support each other’s professional services as we engage in a cooperative effort that benefits our entire community.

A member of my staff will contact you in a few days to follow-up and provide you with additional details. We sincerely hope that you will consider a contribution that will enable us to make this a truly extraordinary day for all the children of our community! Contact office@handsonfamilychiro.com or 407-203-2883 for sponsorship and donation opportunities.

Yours in health,

Dr. Lynne Whitson
