COVID-19 VACCINE EVENTS AT COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTERS
 
 
Community Health Centers, Inc. is offering the Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine at several upcoming vaccine events throughout Orange and Lake counties.  Walk-in only.  Eligible individuals include new or established individuals 18 years old and older for first or second dose of the Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine.  There is no cost to receive the Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine. Please bring a government-issued ID (with birthdate) to your appointment for check-in.
