W.I.S.E. (Women in Successful Endeavors) is Women supporting Women quarterly networking brunch focused on guiding members to improve confidence, self-esteem, building relationships, cultivate determination and elevate potential.
This month Avani Desai, President of Schellman & Co. will moderate a dynamic panel of women providing leadership within the Tech field. Avani has more than 15 years of experience in IT attestation, risk management, compliance and privacy. Her primary focus is on emerging healthcare issues and privacy concerns for organizations. Names as one of the 2017 Global Leaders in Consulting by Consulting Magazine, Avani has also been featured and published in the ISSA Journal, ITSP Magazine, ISACA Journal, Information Security Buzz, Healthcare Tech Outlook and many more. 
Regine Bonneau is a recognized leader in cybersecurity, risk management and compliance. Her career spans more than 20 years, with expertise in technology and processes for the healthcare, financial and energy sectors. She is the Founder and CEO of RB Advisory LLC, which provides cyber risk management, security assessments, compliance services, forensic audits and private consultation for the private sector and government clients. RB Advisory is certified with the City of Orlando and the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority and is MWBE, DBE, LDB and SBE certified. 
Jeanmarie Loria is the Managing Director at Advize Health, providing quality consulting and project management services that accelerate clients' ROI and satisfaction. She streamlined operations and improved client retention resulting in a steam of income. Jeanmarie's focus at Advize Health is to deliver the utmost quality of service in all Audit and Advisory services. She has an MBA with a concentration in Finance, and her certifications include Project Management professional, Six Sigma Green Belt and Conflict Resolution Mediator. 
Jari Peters is the Vice President of Security, Risk and Regulatory Compliance for Oracle's Global Business Units that provide industry focused Cloud, Professional Services, Software and Support for a global customer base. She has over 20 years of experience managing technical teams in Cloud and managed services, 15 of those years focusing on Security, Risk and Regulatory Compliance.
Elena Topalova is the Security Governance and Risk Manager part of the Security, Risk, Strategy and Compliance Group for a healthcare cloud software solutions provider in Maryland. Her professional roots began in the government contracting industry, where she worked on multi-billion dollar contracts with diverse teams all around the world. She managed functional and technical teams, developing key strategies for various agencies to align tactical and strategic objectives to achieve time sensitive goals. As the environments and industry evolved, her passion and intellectual curiosity about cyber security ultimately drew her into the cyber security domain. She transitioned into the highly specialized information security field to make her next mark in global cyber resilience.
