RESTAURANT PARTICIPANTS REGISTRATION
What you need to bring:
Provide 200 bites of 2-4 items you would like to feature. These can include desserts and beverages.
Provide one prize or gift card for our Bingo drawing valued at a minimum of $25 (no % off coupons please)
Provide any plates, utensils, table coverings, extension cords, power strips, serving dishes, glassware, napkins, etc. needed to display and serve your dishes.
Decorate your area in the Mardi Gras theme
Promote your participation in Feast in the East to your clientele, through your social media and the like
Provide your logo, menu items and description for event program / passport & promotion
What we will provide:
Two tables for your display
Access to electric outlet (you need to let us know in advance)
Marketing material to promote at your location and through social media
Marketing through our Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and Google My Business pages
Hash tags for the event include #FeastFav, #FeastBeast
