Speaker:          Wendy Sellers, Managing Partner, BlackRain Partners

Driving Sales in today's business world requires Leadership Skills to interact with social diversity in the workplace, and specifically with communication gaps that often exist between generations of customers and employees. For the first time in history, there are five generations actively engaged in the economy. This session focuses on the diversity between generations and how to best accommodate the different communication styles, become aware of generational values and what motivates each generation to make decisions as a customer or an employee. The culture of your company starts with you. Attend this session to learn new skills to address this important area.
