WATERFORD LAKES TOWN CENTER CELEBRATES HEART AWARENESS MONTH THIS FEBRUARY WITH WOMEN’S HEART HEALTH EXPO
WHAT: In honor of Heart Awareness Month, Game Plan Media will host the Heart2Heart Health and Pampering event on Saturday, February 22 from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. in the parking lot between Pier One Imports and Regal Cinema at Waterford Lakes Town Center.
Heart disease is the number one health threat to women in the United States. Connecting women to resources in our community, this annual Women’s Information Expo and Health Safety Awareness Event is a unique opportunity to reach women of all ages through on-site mobile women’s medical exams, information, technology and awareness, while relaxing, pampering and socializing.
Don’t want to stray too far from your loved ones? The event will also have Kid at Heart stations with heart healthy activities, inflatables and various games, as well as a Man Cave for all the men to hang out.
Vendors who are interested in receiving more information are encouraged to visit www.gameplanmedia.info.
The Florida Hospital Mobile Mammogram, Bone Scan and other mobile medical units will be on site during our event, which will be the signature part of our event.
Join us in a great venue to shop, pamper and learn! You won’t want to miss this opportunity to promote your business alongside area medical professionals and health organizations. Our goal is to provide educational resources, pampering sessions and offer health care service options while promoting positive, healthy activities in a social environment.
The first 150 families will receive an event tote bag at the Welcome/Check In Station filled with special shopping discounts and education materials.
In addition, a limited number of complimentary booth spaces will be provided to non-profit organizations, please call for details.
