How to Do Business with Orange County
Sheena FergusonBusiness Development Administrator
ORANGE COUNTY BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIVISION
Sheena Ferguson started with Orange County in 1998 as a senior contract administrator and worked her way up in the division to her current position as the business development administrator. Prior to joining Orange County, she worked on the Disney's Animal Kingdom project with minority and women owned businesses.
During her tenure with Orange County, Sheena has been responsible for contract compliance, provides resource information to help minority women business enterprises (m/wbe) obtain contracting opportunities, and participates in numerous expos and workshops (including the New Certification and How to Do Business with Orange County workshops) to ensure the division mission is shared with the Central Florida community.
Sheena received the Best Community Presenter award from the 2014 graduates of the Turner School of Construction Management Course. Recently, she became the president of the Florida Association of Minority Business Enterprise Officials (FAMBEO) where she continues to promote equal opportunities in procurement and contracting for professionals and M/WBE small businesses.
This group is NEW AND IMPROVED for 2015! Previously known as just Coffee Club, it is now Coffee Club EAST with a new meeting location at Buffalo Wild Wings at Waterford Lakes and still meets the first and third Thursdays of the month.

Along with the new name and location, the format has been revamped as well. Now there is a fun networking activity the first Thursday of the month and a guest speaker with some open networking the third Thursday of the month.
