Please make sure to submit your Certificate of Insurance as required by Orange County.  Requirements are as follows: (Applies to ALL Vendors as well, that are not Food trucks.)

Insurance Only Required:  Any company, business, organization that is promoting their business but not taking money is required to have insurance. This includes Tax Exempt Organizations that are promoting their company/organization.  ie – Karate company passing out business cards about their location or what they do.

Vendor Fee & Insurance Required:
  • Any company, business, organization that is selling a product, membership, service (money is being taken or exchanged) is required to have insurance and pay a Vendor Fee ($25). ie- Food trucks, selling T-shirts or a membership or other products and services.
No Insurance and No Vendor Fee:
  • Anyone that is NOT promoting a particular business, company or fee based business but handing out educational material only. ie – Audubon Society passing out literature on birds.
**Liability Insurance can be purchased thru our provider, Arthur J. Gallagher & Co, if needed and would cover all requirements.
