2017 Community Health and Wellness Fair

Get ready for our 2017 Community Health Fair! We'll be offering free Hepatitis C tests, free HIV testing, free blood pressure checks, and free occult blood testing. As well as flu shots, allergy screenings, hormone screenings, and DNA -PGX screenings (free with insurance). We will have CPR demonstrations, LA Fitness gym passes, nutritional advice, fitness game plans, BMI testing, strength training program, and metabolism checks all for free! You'll be able to enter our raffles for a chance to win a free colonoscopy, endoscopy, or mammogram certificate. Free lunch will include 4 Rivers BBQ sandwiches, hot dogs, popcorn, cotton candy, slushies, smoothies, and more.
